I was employed first in Tea Research Foundation as Senior Research Assistant to do work in Agronomy Department.

I did work in Agronomy Department of to record data of harvested tea leaves  weighed in kilogrammes, shoot growth monitoring and fertilizer application in tea experiment plots.

I was also given work in Chemistry Department for tea plants samples which was collected from field and analysed

I wrote a letter to leave work and send to Manager of Agronomy Department. He called me and we talked together and asked me why I wanted to leave work.

I said that I was to go to Animal Health Industrial Training Institute Ndomba for Animal Health Assistant course. He told me that if I was not to be satisfied doing course I could go back to TRF.

He prefered that if I was to go to Bukura Agricultural Institute I was to  be in TRF during holiday as in-service.

I went to AHITI Ndomda to do Animal Health Assistant course for two years. We were informed as trainees not to be employed by Government.

At home I started doing veterinary service as a private business. During the period I did not get enough income. I send job application letters to places of employment opportunities.

I received a letter of interview from Technical Research and Development Department in Brooke Bond Kenya (Unilever) Company Limited. I attended interview on a date as was indicated. After interview session I went home.

On a second week I received a letter of employment. I reported at Technical Department in Brooke Bond on a first date of employment.

In rural a area someone told me that business is fast source of income. He said that if I was to leave work we were to start a business. I moved yet I did not know what or how to do the next step.

In workplace I wrote a letter to leave work and send to Manager in Plant Improvement Centre. Manager talked with me and posphone our discussion.

After afew days, Assistant Manager told me to go to his Office. We talked together and advised me that if you have been in workplace for years as an employee leaving work you could be offered gratuity of how you did.

 When I studied in education system and aware about to come out from institution then it was essential if I had guidance and counseling for wellbeing of future success.

I was given first job and if I had advice therefore I was to have a parmanent reliable employment. When I was in workplace also there was a chance of my further studies course of work I did.
